Last night I hosted a 61-minute session on Time Tracking.

I explained five basic principles to get started with time tracking and six frameworks that help me measure and improve my relationship with time.

For context, I work 50 hours a week on four newsletters and run a community while being physically active with sports and gym 6x a week, brew coffee daily, meet friends and family, explore Hyderabad, watch movies and shows, cooking, do chores, and pursue new hobbies.

The session was for our premium community members, but I occasionally host sessions for all my subscribers.
