For the first time, I have included a retired projects on my personal website.

Unfortunately we live in a society that treats shutting down as a failure and not a learning opportunity.

When you choose your path, you’re bound to be curious about new projects. Sometimes it leads to impulsive or bad decisions.

That’s still okay. You haven’t failed but learned about a domain that doesn’t suit you. That’s one step towards your niche.

I am aware this isn’t exactly an analysis, but marketers being marketers, I felt it’s important for us to acknowledge the unfinished, failed projects.

Honestly, if I see a retired projects page on a site, I’ll know they’re doers and know when to move on. Not a bad signal after all.
