I’m sipping a beautiful pour over as I write this newsletter. My friend told me last week, “At this point, I should name this section Coffee from my life.”
Anyway… I am in Jaipur for a day. Work thing. If you have recommendations for me, please lmk. I’m looking for food spots or shopping markets.

Analysis in 200 words
Since I am travelling, I booked a stay with Hosteller (I always stay in hostels because of cost efficiency and a chance to meet backpackers. The convos are way too fun to miss out.)
After my booking, Hosteller sent me a beautiful guide explaining the Dos and Don’ts. Basically everything I need to know.

As a regular, it’s not of the best use to me.
But an 18-year-old Vikra travelling solo for the first time would appreciate details like these. It sets my expectations straight and provides reassurance.
(And it’s sooooooo on brand! Colours, copy, pictures…)

Now my marketer instincts tell me to create a similar guide for our community.
Notes for marketers: At every point, customers look for reasons to validate their purchase decisions. Resources like these tell them their decision is not only right about the product (booking a Hostel) but also the brand (Hosteller).

Hangouts
So we wrapped up two sessions in November.
One = How to apply Alex Hormozi’s proven marketing principles in newsletters (I’ll share a text version of this soon)
Two = Monthly private growth call with our community members. Everyone gets a 10-minute spotlight, and we discuss goals, roadblocks, and growth metrics.

In December, I’m hosting only one session because it’s the holiday season and I want all of us to have more fun and less work.
On December 17th, our community members will have a private call on setting up targets for Q1 2026.
